Our DVA community nursing and home care services provide eligible Veteran Card holders with professional nursing and practical support in the comfort of their own homes.

Community Nursing Care
Our community nursing care provides professional clinical support at home. Services include wound management, medication administration, continence and catheter care, as well as health and vital monitoring, including observations and blood sugar monitoring.

Personal Care
We provide assistance with essential personal care activities to support everyday comfort at home. The personal care services listed by the client include bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Mobility Assistance
Mobility assistance is available as part of Harmony Nursing Care’s DVA home care support, helping eligible Veteran Card holders receive the assistance they need within their home.

Daily Living Support
Our in-home support also includes practical assistance with everyday activities. Harmony Nursing Care can provide meal preparation and help with household tasks as part of its DVA home care services.

Post-Hospital Support
We provide post-hospital support to help maintain continuity of care following discharge. This service is focused on supporting the transition from hospital through to a safe recovery at home.

Clinical Liaison
Harmony Nursing Care can liaise with your treating doctors and healthcare team to provide updates and support coordination of your care, helping keep the relevant healthcare professionals informed.

DVA Referral & Costs
A referral from your GP or specialist is required for DVA services. The client also states that there will be no out-of-pocket cost for eligible Veteran Card holders.
